Diving Conditions | 12-18 June 2005

Although it was hard to see much when the visibility was low, but the Grey Nurse Sharks were there. Turtles, Yellow-tail Kingfish, Lionfish, Anemonefish and different species of rays.

Already a few Humback Whales have been sighted from the lighthouse. Soon there will be more whales making their way up north.


Weather
Some beautiful crisp, sunny days. Saturday was overcast and it drizzled. Some wintery nights.
Sea
Bit rough at the beginning of the week. When the winds turned SW it calmed down.
Water temperature
20 – 21°C
Visibility
Initially some low visibility (3 meters), but that improved by the middle of the week to 10 meters.
