All prices are quoted per room per night (unless otherwise indicated) and include an extensive continental breakfast as well as GST (tax).
In winter we offer discounts or special inclusions for stays from 5 nights, please ask. Peak rates apply between Christmas and mid January, over Easter (Blues Festival) and Splendour in the Grass.

Over Christmas / New Years Eve and Easter peak periods as well as for the Splendour in the Grass festival a minimum stay applies - At other times our minimum stay is in general two nights, overnight accommodation is sometimes available on short notice or if it fits in with existing bookings so please ask.

Diving, Snorkeling and Whale Watching Packages
We help you put together your own dive, snorkel or whale watch and other activity accommodation packages. Whether you want to go for one dive or ten, learn to dive, go for a snorkel or a whale watch, take surfing lessons or participate in other great activities you can combine our fantastic accommodation with many of the activities this area has to offer at great package rates.
Please see below for some examples. Rates below are based on twin share or double accommodation (ensuite room & including breakfasts) and don’t include dive gear hire (except for the Open Water Course package). Cancellation Policy
At all times we ask for a 20% booking deposit (minimum deposit one night stay*).
A cancellation fee of $70* applies to cancellations more than 4 weeks in advance. The booking deposit becomes non-refundable within 4 weeks of the booking. Remainder of payment is due upon arrival.
In general, bookings cancelled later than 7 days in advance and no-shows incur full payment, this includes early departures. If we can rebook the cancelled room we will refund the monies less our cancellation fee of $70*.
For peak period bookings we ask for a booking deposit of 20% upon booking and full payment 1 month before the begin of the stay. A 50% refund is given for cancellations up to 2 weeks in advance.
For those unexpected circumstances where your travel plans might change last minute, we recommend you have travel insurance. A great value, nice and easy way is through Travel Insurance Direct.
