Diving Conditions | 18-24 September 2005

A wonderful week for diving with some serious large Grey Nurse Sharks, turtles, tens of large Jewfish at Hugo’s Trench, cuttlefish and a Bullray.

On Tuesday it was Humpback galore wih the whales inside the Bay, showing off. Divers could hear the Humpback Whales singing underwater.

Dry, sunny days with a strong northerly coming through on Friday afternoon. Nights are still on the cool side.
The calm bay was a bit roughed up when the northerly came through.
Water temperature
15 – 20 all week, but dropped down on Saturday to 8 meters.
